- It's 5 spoon of Homemade masala powder (from a dry mixture of 250 g red chilli, 250 g coriander seed, 25 g Urad Dal, 25 g raw rice, 15 g pepper, 15 g jeera fry and grind them into powder).
- Prepare some of curry, coriander leaves, spinach leaves.
- Prepare 2 of briyani/bay leaves.
- Prepare 2 of cardamoms.
- You need 1 of star anise.
- Prepare 2 of cinnamon sticks.

- Soak Green peas and chana in water for 8 hours, boil it with green mocha in cooker for 3 whistles..
- In a pan pour oil and add anise, biryani leaves, cinnamon, cloves, star anise and fry them, then add pieces of (onion, tomato, green chilli), ginger garlic paste, spinach and coriander leaves, fry them.
